But Will Corby, head of coffee at Pact, is now seeing a shift amongst trendsetters. Although fats are fine within reason, fat-packing your coffee and skipping a balanced breakfast is denying your body of essential nutrients.
So instead, stir a spoonful of coconut oil into your coffee for a shot of health-boosting fats to be enjoyed beside your morning meal—not instead of it.
